100% material recovery – Responsible by-product management
As part of a circular economy approach, we implement strict management of sawmill by-products (bark, sawdust, wood chips, etc.). These by-products from log processing are sorted, recycled, and repurposed through local channels — for energy production, mulch, or wood-based panels — thus contributing to zero-waste production and an optimized environmental footprint. |
RBUE / RDUE – Compliance and due diligence in wood traceability
We rigorously apply the current European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR / EUDR), which requires all operators in the wood sector to exercise due diligence. This means that every imported batch of wood is verified, traced, and documented to guarantee the legality of its originand compliance with environmental standards.
We give priority to wood sourced from responsibly managed forests.
Prioritizing sustainable, responsibly managed timber
Whether working with oak, French hardwoods, or exotic species, we select every batch from sustainably managed forests, often certified (PEFC, OLB, FSC, etc.).
Local and committed production
Located in Vendée (France), our sawmill favors local sourcing for French hardwoods and collaborates exclusively with renowned forestry partners for exotic species supply.
